Introduction to Mahjong Lesson

This 2–2.5 hour learn to play lesson takes place at your chosen location, with all materials provided—including mahjong tiles, racks, NMJL playing cards, and a mat. I’ll walk you through reading the NMJL card, understanding the tiles, setting up the game, and learning gameplay in a clear, approachable way.

For players who have completed Mahjong 101 or need a refresher on the fundamentals

This private lesson takes place at your chosen location, with all mahjong materials provided. After a quick review of gameplay, we’ll spend the majority of the time playing multiple games to build confidence, improve flow, and reinforce strategy in a relaxed setting.

Mahjong 102 is perfect if you want more hands-on play, added confidence, and tips for playing even when you don’t have a full table.
